Strategy跟Tactic的差別在哪？
我們可以知道，Strategy是戰略，謀略，而Tactic則是指戰術，策略。
當然，也有人把Strategy當作是策略，所以還是有點混淆。
不過，Strategy大些，Tactic小些我們是可以有共識的。
所以，就以本章的篇名來看，兩個翻譯者的想法就非常不同了。
我想，以這一章的內容為基礎來思考，說是多談戰術層次也不為過吧？
